• Is he a loser or am I overacting?

It is my birthday and already 4pm. My boyfriend did no contact me in any way. I went on Facebook to thank the well-wishers who left messages and I saw he was online. I stayed online for a while until eventually he left, leaving no messages to me. No texts on my phone either. On his b'day I was the first one to text him birthday wishes and I... mostrar mais

Am I overacting for thinking he is a loser and I should move on?

  • I am 39 and he is 35.?

A man in my office is really interested in me and I am interested in getting to know him more, however I am 39 and he is 35. We have gone out for lunch twice, although not yet alone. I know I will fall for him easily if I get any closer, but I feel as if I am being horrible to even think to get involved with a younger man. People do always think... mostrar mais

I know I will fall for him easily if I get any closer, but I feel as if I am being horrible to even think to get involved with a younger man. People do always think I am on my late twenties, so we would not look odd, but still my body is not that young anymore. On top of that I have a daughter who is 16 and I don't want any more kids. Should I do him the favour of avoiding any chances of furthering our relationship so he can be open to find someone more age appropriate? Would that be kinder?

  • BT never sent me a bill. In fact they sent it to the wrong address.?

BT never sent me a bill. In fact they sent it to the wrong address. Then, because I never paid the bills they cancelled my phone line. Now I have credit collectors after me asking over £200. I don't think I should pay for the installation fee of £100, since I don't think it was my fault the line was cancelled. I also don't think I... mostrar mais

I have been arguing with them, but they insist I should have told them I wasn't receiving any bills. I think because I pay an extra £2 a month to get paper bills, that is another service they failed to deliver. Am I wrong?

  • Can you tell me what is wrong in this text. There should be 5 errors but i can't find them.?

I didn't respond right away. I turned my head, so that I could see the yellow rectangle of light that was the kitchen window, and the silhouettes of Sarah and Coop bent over the double sink. Coop had volunteered to clear the table with her, so that Stephen and I could take a walk on our own. I wondered if he was thinking of me; if he had any doubt... mostrar mais

Coop had volunteered to clear the table with her, so that Stephen and I could take a walk on our own. I wondered if he was thinking of me; if he had any doubt about what I was saying. Stephen was smiling faintly when I looked at him again. He held a finger to my lips. "Asked and answered," he said; then gently kissed my cheek and walked off toward his car. I wandered for a while by myself, down the stream and toward the pond, where I sat on the small bench. This break from Stephen was what I had wanted when I left Philadelphia, yet that didn't stop me from feeling like I had been sucker-punched. I drew up my knees and watched the moon scrawl calligraphy on the surface of the water, listened to the creaks and trills of the earth going still for the night.
